With a background in personal training, fitness and holistic nutrition and cuisine, I have been practicing Yoga for more than fifteen years and have been teaching since 2008.
Whether in a private or group setting, I aim to create a space for my clients to establish a strong connection to the body in order to experience deep healing, mental clarity and peace, greater physical ease and comfort, and to ultimately align with deep personal inspiration to live a fulfilled life.
